2010 Tasting Notes

A classic Australian blend crafted from single vineyard, low yielding Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The grapes were hand plunged, basket pressed and matured in French oak barrels for 9 months.

An elegant wine of luscious rasberries, with a lovely full rounded mouth feel, finishing with a dusting of spice, white pepper and fine grained tannins. This wine has been made to be enjoyed immidatley or will cellar for up to 5 years.
